Friday July 29th through to Monday 1st August

Also known as the Crystal Mountain because of the huge quantities of natural Quartz Crystal to be found here and in the surrounding landscape, Cadair Idris is the setting for this weekend of Reawakening Ancient Knowledge.

To start at 6.30pm on Friday with welcome dinner (Please bring food to share)
Followed by Fire ceremony and meditation to state our intentions for the weekend.
Saturday after breakfast we enter the sacred land below Cadair Idris for our 360m ascent to Llyn Cau. (Suitable for those able to walk the well stepped and paved trail. It is not too challenging for seasoned walkers).
Good walking shoes waterproof jacket and backpack for personal food and water for the day needed by all.
A day of meditation ceremony and music.
Evening free time to explore the local area and get something to eat.
Sunday after breakfast we visit the ancient ruins of Castell y Bere in the breathtaking Dysynni Valley.
After lunch we return to the hostel to have a group sharing and closing meditation.
The cost is £40 per person for the weekend (not including accommodation or meals breakfast included at hostel.)

Rosemary is a Reflexologist; Massage Therapist; Reiki Master/teacher; Flower Essence Producer, Consultant and Practitioner; and an esoteric healer. She is also a teacher and runs courses on her flower essences, Indian Head massage, Hopi ear candles and spiritual development.
