Rosemary has been working in the with the healing arts and in the complimentary medicine field for 18 years both as a practitioner and a teacher. Originally entering it from a very medically based viewpoint which quickly changed through direct communication with spirit during the course of her work.
As a child she spoke to the fairies but quickly buried any “oddities” when her mother was put in to a mental hospital for talking to people that no one else could see.
She explains that it has not always been a bed of Roses “I feel that the journey back has been very tough sometimes and often lonely. When I started to receive information on the healing energies of the flower essences at times it was really difficult as I had to experience the feelings and symptoms they had come to heal. My behaviour has often been erratic and hard for the people nearest me to understand. However amazing results are being achieved by the Limelight Essences. The miracles that I and those that have trained with, or have had treatments with me have experienced and continue to experience make every effort worthwhile.”
Her natural clairvoyance has gone from strength to strength developing into many areas which have been rounded by study in mediumship at the London College of Psychic Studies.

She runs workshops about and trainings in her flower essences. She also gives psychic medium readings both individual and groups. The 52 individual flower essences in the Limelight Essence range have been developed into a pack of cards and these give extraordinarily accurate readings and advice. Rosemary also has an on going spiritual development and psychic ability group. “These are really fun they start with some smudging American Indian style. This is followed by my chanting to the four directions and singing to welcome spirit which in turn leads in to a guided meditation. I never know where we are going and it is as exciting for me as those joining in. We have a discussion and share what our experiences have been. Sometimes I open to channel spirit or simply connect to my higher self for clear direction and advice for those present. I like to have plenty of light lots of colour and plenty of fun. I do not care for the dark image portrayed about our work and it is my mission to bring a bit of light relief into this field at this very special time that we all live in. Also to allow others to understand what a wealth of help is at hand from our spiritual helpers. If people listen to all the great ascended masters their messages have been that these abilities are available to all. It just takes trust practice communication and a lot of love.
The newer range of Ascension essences which she has developed during 2007 and 2008 lead on from the Mystic Bridge formed by the 52 flower essences. Dragonfly the first of the 12 to appear helps to remove the veil of amnesia and takes us through the doorway of illusion opening our eyes to the nature devas and indeed the areas of creativity in-between places.
In September of 2008 Kestrel, the first of a new range of Limelight Bird Essences appeared. Also the first of The Limelight Earth Healing Essences the Lion and the Unicorn were created in Wales in the autumn of 2008. So the story continues to unfold.
Rosemary has a great interest in the use of sound and the human voice in healing. She is also a student of The Course in Miracles and has been studying the Kabbalah for several years now. Recently her interest has been captured by the Keys Of Enoch and also the crop circles.
Her first book Poems from the Flowers tells the story of how the flower essences were born. Rosemary has had articles in local papers and various magazines including Positive Health magazine.

Rosemary is a Reflexologist; Massage Therapist; Reiki Master/teacher; Flower Essence Producer, Consultant and Practitioner; and an esoteric healer. She is also a teacher and runs courses on her flower essences, Indian Head massage, Hopi ear candles and spiritual development.
